Phil O’Shea hails from Ireland and has worked in the Hospitality Industry for 25 years. Spending most of this time in the Middle East and Asia, Phil worked for more than 15 years for the luxury hotel group Jumeirah, an acclaimed luxury hospitality leader with 5 and 7 Star Hotels spanning Europe, The Middle East and Asia.
In 2016, Phil and his young family relocated to Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica, in pursuit of adventure and a different pace of life. Phil successfully established Scuba Dive Costa Rica in the same year and then in 2020 during the Pandemic, entered Property Rentals, Property Management and Concierge.
Phil speaks English & Spanish and with his vast experience in Customer Service, Hospitality and Activities, Phil gives you confidence and peace of mind in your choice of where to stay and what to do in Costa Rica.
