This brand-new, cozy, fully furnished 2-bedroom guest house, completed in summer 2024, is situated on the expansive grounds of Casa Verde in Potrero, just off Route 911, The Monkey Trail.
Detached from main house, it offers two bedrooms, each furnished with double beds. It also has a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area for 2 persons. Each room is fitted with its own independent AC units and ceiling fans.

This guest house is ideal for digital nomads wanting to get away from it all and work in peace in quiet or for professionals working in the area. A large pool serves both the main house and the guest house.
You will find that most of the time, you have the entire property to yourself, as the main house is occupied infrequently throughout the year by the owner.
Conveniently located to reach all nearby towns, beaches and shopping areas within 10 to 20 minutes. Outside, you’ll find a generous patio, which provides a sweeping view of the expansive 55,000 square foot property.
Casa Verde is just a few minutes drive to great beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Potrero is best navigated by vehicle or Golf Cart, both of which can be rented close by. The towns of Flamingo and Surf-Side also loaded with great beaches and restaurants are just 10 minutes drive away.
There are plenty of activities in the neighborhood and this area is famous for Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, In and Offshore Fishing, Catamaran Cruising and Sailing. There are also many land based activities available from Potrero.
